“As a Voter Registration State Director, I am responsible for leading a comprehensive nonpartisan voter registration program across North Carolina. I oversee field operations, manage a team of regional directors and collaborate with partner organizations to expand voter access and participation. Working in partnership with Luther Hemby, State Director of Civic Engagement, I help lead initiatives that empower communities and drive lasting civic engagement.
I do this work because I want people to feel seen, valued, and included — not just on Election Day, but every day. Voter registration is one way I can help change that. It’s how I show love for our community — by making sure we have the tools and the power to shape our own future.”
