For the eighth year, Senior Services and the Winston-Salem Journal partnered to present their & Over 70 awards. These awards honor “the contribution of older adults who have greatly impacted Forsyth County through their careers, community service and civic and social engagement.” We are applauding Nancy Young as one of the seven people selected for the 2023 awards.

Nancy generously donates to NCLCVF and serves as a member of our Development and Communications Committee. Outside of her work for our foundation, she serves as a member of Piedmont Environmental Alliance and chairs the board of The Enrichment Center, a day-program for adults with intellectual and developmental differences. She serves on the boards of Trellis Supportive Care and the Winston-Salem Police Foundation. Additionally, she is an active member of The Women’s Fund of Winston-Salem Grants Committee and the Advisory Committee for The Women’s Council at the Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center Foundation.
