After you've filled out the Register to Vote Form...

Click the “Register online” button above
Scroll down and click the “Go to Voter Registration Application” button
Click the “Continue to myNCDMV Services” button
Select Continue as a guest.
Click Submit a Voter Registration Application
You will need your NC Driver License or DMV-issued ID Card with you
