Earlean McKiver Rivers is the Executive Director of Diversity Nurtures Achievement (DNA) Community Youth Center. Born and raised in Warsaw, Duplin County, Earlean comes from a military family. She is a mother of three adult children and a grandmother of five. As a mother, she worked hard to provide learning and social opportunities for her children that did not limit them, and this passion continues for her grandchildren and other youth in the community. Very passionate about making a positive difference in her community, Earlean chose to participate in the NCLCVF Program to gain knowledge so she can make a positive, well-informed difference in her community.
