Karen is the founder of PureKaret, LLC, a multifaceted business within the hospitality industry that specializes in Liberian desserts, specialty cakes and more. She is also an artist and a certified wedding and special events designer. Her work is seen annually at the North Carolina State Fair. She currently contracts with the State of North Carolina as an IT professional. Karen is a native of Liberia. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
