Natasia McLean
Natasia McLean, from Smithfield, NC, is a strategic data science and analytics executive with over 15 years of experience transforming healthcare, pharmaceutical, and technology organizations. She currently serves as Senior Director of Analytics & Business Operations at MSH 1 Holdings and is the founder of NDM Method, a consulting agency that helps small businesses operate like large organizations—bringing clarity, reducing chaos, and driving results. She holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Campbell University, a Master’s in Information Science from North Carolina Central University, and is pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University with a focus in Business Analytics and Healthcare Management. Natasia is a committed community leader, serving as President of the Blacks in Technology (BIT) Raleigh-Durham Chapter and South Regional Director of BDPA. She is also active in NCNW, American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), American Association of University Women (AAUW), and Women in Tech. Through her nonprofit, Say Y.E.S. Foundation, Inc., she supports leadership development, community engagement, and opportunities for underprivileged individuals across generations. She joined the Boards & Commissions Fellowship Program to bring a community-centered, equity-driven perspective to decision-making spaces and to help shape policies that create meaningful opportunities for underprivileged individuals of all ages. Outside of work, Natasia enjoys painting, reading, and blending creativity with her analytical mindset.
