Reginald McNeill is a recent graduate of James Madison University, where he earned a BA in Organizational Communications. He is based in Winston-Salem, NC, where he was born and raised. With a solid foundation in sales, he now works as an insurance advisor and manager, specializing in life coverage. Throughout his career, Reginald has honed his skills in relationship-building and delivering tailored solutions to clients, focusing on providing value and strategic guidance. Driven by a passion for public service, advocacy, and policy-making, Reginald joined the Boards and Commissions Fellowship Program to gain hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned leaders. He is eager to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in his community—particularly for young Black boys, girls, and elders who share his experiences and heritage. Outside of his professional pursuits, Reginald has a deep interest in Black American and African history, enjoys staying active through fitness, takes on DIY projects, and loves traveling to explore new cultures and perspectives.
