Meet Ashley Hillard, 2025 Alumni of the NC Boards & Commissions Fellowship Program!
Ashley Hillard grew up in Washington State where she developed her love of nature, especially wildlife. She recently graduated from the DEL MEM program at Duke and completed the NCLCV Boards and Commissions fellowship. She is currently a Duke MPA student and the North Carolina Field Organizer for Moms Clean Air Force. Along with her environmental policy and advocacy work, she produces and directs documentaries and is a volunteer for Wildlife for All and animal rescue groups. She is looking forward to serving on the Animal Welfare Advisory Board for Durham County.
