Teresa Hemby is the Quality State Director of Power the Vote NC (PTVNC), a project of the North Carolina League of Conservation Voters Foundation (NCLCVF). Her primary role includes the direct and indirect supervision of all civic engagement and voter registration programs—ensuring that all parts of the programs stay in compliance with the policies and procedures of the organization, and all local and NC laws are followed. She is also responsible for data analytics and reporting for all programs. Teresa has been a member of NCLCVF since 2016, and has participated in other prominent roles throughout Voter Registration and Civic Engagement programs, which include canvasser, quality control coordinator, organizer, data manager, facilitator, and trainer. Teresa attended East Carolina University and is a lifelong resident of North Carolina
